Jeanette Smith is an accomplished entrepreneur and graphic designer with experience educating students of all ages and backgrounds. She has been teaching Photoshop® and photo editing to college students for many years, and is a Adobe® Certified Expert.

In addition to being an instructor, Jeanette, who holds certificates in Graphic Design and Graphic Production from UCSC, is the owner and Creative Director of Wild Horse Design, a successful graphic design and visual communication studio in the San Francisco Bay area.

With her background in teaching, creative vision and passion for nature photography, Jeanette was an immediate, natural "fit" for Aperture Academy. Her rich experiences, extensive adventure travels and continual exploration of new, creative channels makes her ideally suited to teach photo editing and digital post-production to photography students of all skill levels at Aperture Academy.
