About Kelly Baldwin

Kelly Baldwin has ten years experience in traditional photographic processes, and continued her photographic education into the digital technology.

Kelly received her traditional photography education during a very unique time for photography--just at the switch to digital. "This is an exciting time for photography, the new possibilities in the digital age are endless."

To further develop her love of the art and craft of photography, she attended, and graduated from, San Jose State University, where she gained a BFA in Fine Art Photography. Her traditional specialties include portraiture, studio lighting and Alternative Photographic processes in Cyanotype, Van Dyke and Gum printing.

Kelly has been published in several local publications, including the Metro and Wave magazines. She is currently Gallery Manager at Aperture Academy, and an active member of the instruction staff.
