The Aperture Academy presents the 2012 Colors of Summer Photography Contest.

To help you understand what you need to do to qualify and enter, read our frequently asked questions below:

A maximum of three (3) photographs per person may be submitted.

Images MUST meet the following criteria to qualify:

• Photos submitted must be a .JPG file
• Photos must be a minimum of 640 pixels on the longest side
• Photo file size must be no larger than 1MB
• Photos should have a resolution of 72 PPI
• Photos can not have watermarks or signatures

Nothing! This contest is free to enter.

All photographs must be submitted by midnight, August 31st, 2012.

After the submission deadline is past, public voting will begin, and run for 30 days.

The winners for the 2012 "Colors of Summer" photography contest will be announced Sept. 30th, 2012.
